Congratulations to incoming Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Chris Devaney! Devaney was elected by the Executive Committee on May 30. As a former executive director of the state party and most recently state director for U.S. Senator Bob Corker, Devaney brings a depth of experience from a practical, staff perspective.

Obviously, from our perspective at RootsHQ, we hope the new chairman continues to build the new media capabilities of the state party as a way to reach out to new volunteers and donors. To get people excited about supporting a party that represents Tennessee's values and communicates that effectively.
